Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for bookings cancelled 24hours before the actual pickup time and a full refund will be offered.

If your scheduled flight at a london airport is cancelled for any reason we will still issue you a full refund.

Please note that if you do not inform us 24hours before your pickup, we will charge 50% as administration charges.

No refund will be offered if you fail to inform us atleast 12hours before the pickup time.
