What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?

Relax. We monitor your flight time and will still meet you on time at the airport arrivals. In normal circumstances our driver will meet you 30 minutes after your flight has landed. Please note if you travel business class or with only hand luggage you are likely to come out early. Please mention in additional comments if this is the case.

Where do i look for my driver when i arrive at the airport?

Depending on the airport and the terminal you will arrive at, Our drivers will meet you near the AIRPORT INFORMATION at the arrivals with a sign bearing your name on it. Please give us atleast one mobile no. of yours on which we can contact you in case we have to. If you dont see your driver please call us immediately on +44(0) 20 7060 1809.

What if i am arriving at a SEA PORT?

Our driver will meet you at the arrivals of the sea port with the sign bearing your name on it. 

What happens after i have made a booking online?

We aim to respond to all enquiries and bookings within 12 hours, However in an unfortunate event if you do not receive a confirmation please call us on +44(0) 20 7060 1809.

Can i make a same day booking?

We advise you to book 24 hours in advance to maximise the chances of a successful booking, But we also do realise that it can't always happen so in these circumstances please call us on +44(0) 20 7060 1809.

I need some information about the vehicles you have?

We only have EXECUTIVE VEHICLES and you can see the information about the vehicles in the VEHICLES section.

Is my driver safe and insured?

Yes, All our drivers are insured, licensed by the local authority and experienced drivers.

Can i pay cash?

We can accept cash only if you have arranged a pickup from heathrow airport and in some other circumstances. Please call us on +44(0) 20 7060 1809 for more information.

I am happy with your service and would like to tip the driver. Is it included in the price?

Tip(Gratuity) is not included in the price and its on your free will.
